We have an in-app chat feature where Liaisons can answer questions from customers and leads from the website.
Some PCRs make you call hotlines and leave voicemails. Or contact call centers overseas. Or fill out help tickets. When things happen in the middle of the night, you need someone to pay attention. IT people don't speak EMT or Paramedic. EMTs or Paramedics don't speak IT.
In your previous PCR experience. If you needed help, what did you have to do to get it?
In our platform, we have 24/7 help chat. See that blue chat icon in the bottom right of the screen. Instead of your crews coming back to base with a weird story about how it didn't work.... Anyone, even your crew members out in the field, can chat there and either receive on demand training or diagnose an issue. In that chat, we have our EMS Liaisons who have industry experience and they speak EMS and IT. We even have a feature in there to take a video so that we see exactly what they see, even software logs and operating system.
Q: Can someone message at Midnight or the Weekend?
A: Yes, we have liaisons working all sorts of different schedules in there. Our average response time is 5 min.
