Physical Fitness and Recreation is an activity based elective with a theory element. Students are expected to participate in a variety of activities combining fitness and training, recreational sports and activities and leisure pursuits such as; indoor cricket, netball, beach volleyball, ten pin bowling, archery, trampoline, squash, tennis and badminton. Individual fitness testing is also included using different forms of testing from the ACHPER tests (e.g. Step Test, Lateral Jump Test, Iowa Brace Test, etc).
