My idea was to still make the sunset and night time but show what I have improved on. I got this from how I wanted to show that I have improved but still add the baseline idea. The process was easy. First I made the sunset side. I added the orange and yellowish base then added the sun but painted it with barely any yellow to show a fading sun and it being in a shadow then I added the white clouds. For the night time I added the blue then the white moon and stars then added the white line separating the two sides. The artwork means “You can improve” and I want my audience to think of a time they improved on something and showed it. I wouldn’t change anything if I started over since I like how it came out. This is a realistic art piece since it shows a sunset that happens every night and night time where the sun is gone. This piece is unique to me since I love sunsets and all the different colors they have. I love how the orange turned out, I like how it shows yellow in it.
