My idea for this piece is to make it look like a volcano with the three bowls being the volcanoes and I drew a sketch for this and I did use it but I did change the sketch up just a little bit and it was not from my life experiences. The process wasn't easy or hard. It was in the middle and making it was easy but just getting the board the right way was hard but I did free hand the bowls and line separating the different parts. The tools I used were a needle tool, rolling pin, spray bottle, a plastic knife and the clay presser machine, stone wear clay. The intention was to make the board look like a volcano and I did. The glaze helped it turn out cool and when people see this they just need to think of the volcanoes that have erupted. So this project was fun and in the middle of the process of making it and I wouldn't change anything and I love how the bowls turned out and the glaze. I think this is a realistic art piece and makes it unique to my style because I do think that the volcanoes that do europe is harsh and we should help people out who went through a volcano. 

My idea for this piece is to make it as a flower with a long stem and two straight leaves and I did not draw a sketch because this was my backup since at first we couldn't find my first one and this isn't from my life experience. The process was better than my first one. I felt like it was going my way and getting the flower right was smooth and easy and didn't take much effort. The tools I used were a needle tool, rolling pin, spray bottle, a plastic knife and the clay presser machine, stone wear clay. The intention was to make a backup as a flower and what helped it look like a flower was the glaze. I thought it was going to turn red but it did not. It turned pink and when people see this I just want them to think of flowers. So this project was fun plus being able to have two of them because it was my backup and I was happy for me and I wouldn't change anything. I love how the bowls turned out and the glaze. I think this is a realistic art piece and makes it unique to my style because I love flowers and how they are all different from each other and like flower fields.
