Pathway Completer Action Plan 

CCA Criminal Justice will increase pathway completers 25%  within the 5 years of the Industry certification.

To achieve this goal, CCA Criminal Justice will increase student recruitment into the program. CCA Criminal Justice will then increase student involvement in program activities to retain students that otherwise might drop the pathway. This year we have stepped up activities each week. We plan to increase Industry partner involvement to build relationships.

CCA Criminal Justice will increase the certification pass rate by 10% within 2 years.

To achieve this goal, exam preparation will start at the beginning of the program. I plan to implement weekly review activities such as Kahoot reviews.
