Accident Reporting

In the event of an accident or illness at CCA, the teacher will send the nurse a message via google form. The school nurse will call the student out of class based off of severity of the complaint. In the event of accidents, the teacher will contact the front office via intercom system or by phone. The main office in turn will notify the school nurse, an administrator or 911 if the SRO is not in the building. The teacher will complete an accident form in cases involving injury to a student or a faculty member.
