Tutorial: Import Part and Orientation Overview
NOTE: Cura only uses mm units. There is no conversion inches to mm like Makerbot Print. In order to obtain a
proper scale for part User will do one of the following
Option 1: Before Export from Creo Units Defaulted inches: Creo Convert Units to mm (File > Prepare >
Model Properties > Units Change > mm_kg_sec > set > Choose Convert > Ok) then Export stl
file
Option 2: After Export from Creo Units Defaulted to inches: Cura Import File > Scale > Multiple X, Y
and Z by 25.4 (Not Recommended because the % scale will be in the thousands)
