Click Unbend to create flat pattern
Create a Simp Rep (Under View > Manage Views) that EXCLUDES the UNBEND from the model tree.
Layout: Place the folded out pattern (Dimension as Ordinate)
Place orthographic views and place Auxiliary Views where necessary
Place centerlines on the folded out pattern. This represents the neutral bend. Place a Ordinate dimension referencing these folds.
Dimensioning: dimension from a known datum (egde). DO NOT place dimensions from the fold lines
Dimensioning: May dimension on both Orthographic views and folded out layout views.

Creo: Design Foldable Product using Sheet Metal Tools NO LARGER than 12" x 12"
Creo: Create Pattern Development > Layout on Bank Drawing > Set Fold Lines
Red = Cut > Thickness = .001" or .072 points
Black = Fold Lines > Thickness may Vary
Convert Creo File to Inventor
