Game-based Learning

What is game-based learning?

Games, whether digital or analog, are playful, immersive experiences that require players to make conscious choices to move forward in pursuit of a goal. They embody our College, Career, and Life Definition: set a vision, choose a course, change course, grow competence, and work with others. Many of our students enjoy games: why not harness this interest into the service of agency and learning?
