Workshop 3

Pre-Work

1. Buddy Visits

  • Remember that you will start the morning a visit to your Buddy School by some team members, and with others hosting your Buddy at your school.
  • What happens on a Buddy Visit? This is a chance to share your hack and your school with a fellow School Retooler. Share artifacts and stories from your hack(s). Use the Buddy Visit Reflection and Discussion Guide to help you reflect on and talk about your hacks.

2. Download and Complete Reflection Worksheet

  • Reflection is the critical moment to take stock and think about how you’d like to iterate your hacks. Watch how easy it can be.
  • Now, capture and reflect on what you've learned about your hack.

3. Prepare Your Artifact

  • Please collect one or more artifacts from your hack(s) to bring and be ready to share the story of your experience. Artifacts can be photos, sketches, prototypes, or anything else that will help you share your story and what you're learning. Don't have an artifact yet? Ask your Buddy to take a picture of you at the scene of the hack.
