Formative Assessment Rubrics
If you're looking to assess ongoing learning for students or adults, use the rubrics below as templates for feedback. Formative assessment rubrics offer the learner an opportunity to self-evaluate his/her progress toward a goal.
Data Tools
Innovation Surveys
As we co-create a vision toward the redesign of existing schools and programs in relation to the Innovation Economy, College, Career & Life Readiness (CCLR), and student-centered learning, we must build data-based tools to enable and spread innovation habits. There are currently 14 BPS departments and partners personalizing this survey to measure the impact of their programming and activity on the practices and mindsets of BPS educators and students. Collectively, the anonymous data collected from both surveys is creating a prototype innovation measure for the nation's oldest school district.
Storytelling
The events, experiences, processes, and pilots that we implement are all stories that are important to decision-making. When it comes to changing the values, mindsets, rules, and goals of a system, storytelling is foundational. Use the templates below to share your story to stakeholders.
