In 5.13.0.3, an improvement was implemented in order to support the scenario of changing the folder where attachments are saved on the server.
This means that now, when the value of company parameter Folder on Application Server for saving attachments is changed, any files previously saved in another folder, due to the use of a previous value, will remain accessible.
Scenario:
On the server, create the C:\Docs\2025 folder
In the settings of our application, go to Configuration… > General > Company parameters > Attachment administration and set the following parameter values:
In a customer’s page, create an Attachment, which will be saved in the folder C:\Docs\2025\001\ESFITradeaccount\doc1.pdf.
Make a new folder on the server, C:\Docs\2026, but DON’T delete the old one (C:\Docs\2025)
In the company parameter Folder on Application Server for saving attachments, change the folder of the value to the new one, that is: C:\Docs\2026
In the customer’s page, Attachment C:\Docs\2025\001\ESFITradeaccount\doc1.pdf now opens properly.
Company parameters.
The new version offers the functionality of Shortcuts in the Budget Report cube, in order to facilitate the user and for faster results related to budgets.
More specifically, through the creation of a Shortcut, the user can now select and save the view with the exact criteria (execution parameters) they wish, so that they can receive results simply and quickly.
Scenario:
From the main menu, go to Budgets > Comparative Results.
Select Search, from the top of the page. This will open the Compare budget sheets window:
Firstly, set the parameters as preferred (1)
Click on Accept (2)
Select the entries you wish to compare (3)
Click on Accept (4)
The window closes and the entries appear on the cube. By setting the parameters to the right of the screen and pressing the Accept button below them, the user can customize the view as preferred, in order to display the comparative budget sheet results the way they wish.
With the star icon at the top right of the screen, the user can save the view in the form of a Shortcut, which can now be used at any time, with any of the preferred filters:

The shortcut to view the comparative budget sheet results is saved under Shortcuts > [your defined subfolder].
As with all other shortcuts in the application, all related shortcut actions such as Rename, Delete, etc. are available, by right-clicking on the shortcut:
Save area and Shortcut Actions.
Purchases
Fixed an issue with the incorrect deletion of selective matches that would occur when the user would automatically close quantities.
Orders - Reservations
Fixed an issue where the closed quantity in the source document would not update when the user would match a document.
Form designer
Fixed an issue with incorrect filtering on a specific query relating to the search for the fLoadingaddress field.
Accounting
Resolved an error in the Accounting module, which would occur during the accounting allocation process, with the message “Must declare the scalar variable @ACCOUNTINGCHART".
Expenses
Resolved an error that would occur during the mass allocation process, with the message "Incorrect syntax near the keyword 'WHERE'”.
Scroll & Cube Designer
Resolved an error that would occur while editing a specific view, with the message "The buffer cannot have a null value".
CRM Sales
In the CRM Sales module, an issue was fixed in the task status, that would cause the correct status group values to not be displayed.
Tasks at end of period
Fixed an issue with the incorrect deletion of documents that would occur when the user closed a fiscal year with manual inventory.
