Try This: take six images using the manual settings. Experiment until you have at least one of the following.
Good Exposure - Shallow Depth of Field - Stop Motion
Good Exposure - Deep Depth of Field - Show Motion (not invisible motion)
A "very overexposed" image
A properly exposed image with an ISO of 25600
A properly exposed image with a Shutter speed of 1 second
A property exposed image with a Shutter speed of 1/4000 of a second
