You will document your artwork for this class by photographing it with your mobile device or a digital camera. I'll be using these photographs to provide feedback and assign grades— part of your grade is based on the level of professionalism you demonstrate through documenting & presenting your work.
Your photos should ALWAYS meet these basic requirements:
lighting is even and bright
background is neutral (not busy) and clean (remove all extraneous objects/clutter)
artwork is clearly visible and in-focus
artwork is parallel to the edges of the screen and completely inside the frame
Taking good-quality photos requires some effort and time, but you don't need a fancy camera, lighting or studio setup. Before you photograph your work for this class—
