Students will need to seek advising from their APU academic department's internship coordinator if they are interested in receiving APU credit for their REACH internship. Students will need to request this information in advance and are responsible for starting the process.
Students work directly with that program for all course and registration needs. If they are hoping to get APU academic credit for any courses or internship they independently choose to take, they must process an APU TCCS Form prior to committing to the program to know if any coursework will transfer back to APU.
Students will need to complete a Transfer Credit & Course Substitution (TCCS) Form to transfer internship credit to APU credits.
A TCCS Form will be required for credit not already approved by APU. Submitted forms go through all academic required departments and results (approvals or denials) are emailed back to students. Results from the TCCS process must be obtained prior to departure so you only take courses that count towards your degree. Keep the results so you have proof of how your program courses will count once you complete them.

"The people made the program what it was. The staff supported us always and pushed us to dive into the culture and rest in being uncomfortable because that is where growth takes place."
