• Expedited: 7-9 weeks and an extra $60*

Steps for applying for a U.S. Passport

Click on the links below for detailed instructions for each step. Be sure to read and adhere to all requirements to ensure the timely processing of your passport. 

1. Fill out the appropriate Passport Application Form

2. Submit Evidence of U.S. Citizenship

3. Present Photo Identification & Submit a Photocopy of ID(s) Presented

4. Provide One Passport Photo

   • • Passport Photos can be taken at Costco, CVS, and Walgreens, as well as other locations.

     • The Azusa, Covina, and Glendora Post Offices have pictures on site for $15 (Call before to check if camera is working.)

5. Ensure you have the correct payment amount and method

6. Submit all documents and materials to an acceptance facility or by mail
