Do you know the general policies and the financial policies connected to your study away program? Programs have different policies for intentional reasons and depending if the program is a semester program or a GO Term program. These policies affect participants' needed action items and financial costs. It is the responsibility of each program participant to be aware of the general and financial policies for their chosen program.  All policies are easily organized and accessible to everyone within the 2 APU catalog links below. Access them now so you make an informed decision before you decide to commit yourself to a program.

Withdrawing From a Program:


In order to officially withdraw from a Study Away program and term, complete the official withdrawal form linked below.

It is the automated date & time stamp received with the submission of your form that determines your withdraw date. 

Please make sure you are aware of all details of the Refund Policy before committing to a study away program and before withdrawing from a program.
