Who can Enter?

When a particpant swipes in, they will show up green if they have an active membership and red if they do not.

• have them get a guest pass

  • they must be with someone who has an active membership to enter (this person is their sponsor)

• To enter the facility alone, a participant must be over the age of 18, this usually only happens with dependents/family memberships

  • If a participant is under 18, their profile will have Fac/Staff Dep >18

  • This is what it looks like when a dependent is over 18

    • Their profile will display Fac/Staff Dep 18+

• If the person is under 18, they cannot enter the facility, they must come into the facility with someone over 18 and they must stay with them the whole time
