-enhance the member experience
-build radio skills
-prepares us for emergency response (have a general idea of how many people will need to exit the building)
-participants will be able to access live counts through the UREC App from a widget
Radio Procedure:
-radio each department (every 30 min) to ask for headcounts
-the how-to is located here
-initial by the time you inputted the counts on this sheet, located at the desk
Inputting the counts:
-click this link
-click sign in
-click AppState member (use AppState login information)
-click edit occupancy
-change the number for the area you are editing
-highlight the number and either type in the new number or use the arrows
-click update
-click live occupancy, to see that the circles changed to match your update.
