Be sure to answer the phone politely.
Example: "Thank you for calling the SRC/Quinn, this is __________ (your name), how may I help you?"

How to Transfer a Phone Call
Press the transfer button.
Dial the 4 digit extension.
Press the transfer button again.
Hang up! Great job! ( Message will display "Call Transferred Successfully")
Pro-Staff's personal numbers are located on the transfer call list. Please DO NOT give out personal numbers to participants, instead provide them with the business card (or the information located on it) of the person they are wishing to speak to.
To transfer you will enter the last 4 digits: numbers for staff
If you need to make a call on the phone to an outgoing local number you must first press 9 and then type in the rest of the number
ex. 9-911
If you need to make an outgoing non-local call you must first press 91 and then enter in the rest of the number.
If you need to make a call to another location in the university, you can just enter the transfer code.
