Parent - Teacher Communications

Requests for meetings with teachers must be scheduled at least one day in advance. 

Parents should expect a reply within 2 working days of contacting the school. If a reply is not received within that period, parents are encouraged to contact the assistant principals. 

AISW - Home Communication

It is imperative that parents ensure mobile numbers and emails are updated at the start of each year. It is the responsibility of parents to notify the High School Office when personal email addresses or mobile phone numbers change. 

Parents are essential to the academic and behavioral success of AISW students. We request that parents communicate with classroom teachers and/or the High School Office (hsattendance@aiswest.com) early and often in relation to all absences, academic concerns and any other matters relating to their child.

Parents are required to contact the HS clinic for medical cases and absences clinic@aiswest.com
