Take time to create a way to gain feedback with your students about what is working so far? Share what you developed and the results in in the spaces below. Based on this feedback create an action plan to make proper changes. Share your plan on new ideas, how you plan to implement, and results from the changes. Consider using the same feedback tool to compare change in learning.

CHALLENGE OPTION 2
Create your own toolbox of what you are currently using? Any new "tools" you plan to explore and consider adding to your toolbox? Make a graphic, table, chart, etc. to display your toolbox. Explain how these tools are enhancing your teaching. Provide examples and proof. If you need some guidance explore Core Four by Jeff Utecht.

Evaluate your ratio of the three types interaction and make plan to improve/adjust percentages of interaction
