You must be on time to collect your child at the end of the day. We do not have provision for looking after children before or after school.
Should a child become ill or have an accident during the school day, minor first aid will be provided. Texts are sent for minor head bumps. Parents or emergency contacts will be informed if a child needs to be taken home or require medical attention. If a pupil is unwell due to a stomach bug they must refrain from school for at least 48 hours from when they were last unwell.
In exceptional circumstances “prescribed” medication may be required during the school day. In such cases, parents must telephone or email the school. We will then issue the necessary Medical Authorisation forms for you to complete and return before we can administer the medication. Children should not bring any medication to school.
Please let the school know in writing if you are taking your child out of school during term time.
