The first Freshman Class Council meeting is Thursday, September 20, in Room 161. We have a lot to do! If you cannot attend this meeting, you must see Ms. Devenney in the HS Library to explain why.

Please join the William Floyd HS Medical Club for our first meeting of the school year on Monday, September 24 from 2:15-3pm in Room 245 for introductions and to choose our officers. Anyone interested in pursuing a career in a medical or allied healthcare field is encouraged to come. Please see Ms. Randall with any questions.

All students registered for Driver Education please be aware that all lectures take place in the LGI Room and the driving school cars will meet at the North entrance.

Today is the last day to sign up for the Student Government House of Delegates. Please see Ms. Fortier in Room 117 or Ms. LiCavoli in Room 141 to submit your application.

The Varsity Football team made it 2 and 0 on the season by blowing out Pat Med 41 to 12. Great work team!

Attention All Juniors and Seniors: The following colleges will be in the Senior Café this week: St. Joseph’s University from Philadelphia, will be in the Senior Café today from 9a.m. to 11:30 am. Marist College will be here on Tuesday, September 18 from 10:15 am to 12:30 pm, and Lincoln Technical Institute will be here on Thursday, September 20 from 9am to 12:30 pm. Anyone who is interested may stop by and speak with the representatives.
