IDL Class Responsibilities
Below is a suggested list of responsibilities for the teacher, the facilitator, and the student in the Distance Learning classroom. This list is to help all parties know what is expected of them and what they should do in class. Each classroom is different, so the responsibilities can be altered to create the best classroom scenario for all. These are not mandatory, but are a good strategy to start with. It is a good idea for the teacher to go over responsibilities with the students in the first few days of class so that they know what's expected of them. Likewise, before class or outside of class, it is a good idea for the teacher and facilitator to coordinate how they would like to handle specifics such as grading, attendance, behavior issues, etc...
