Part A: Creating a instrument

Students are to design and create a musical instrument that fits into one of the following categories:

Ø Aerophone

Part B: Google Slide Presentation

Students are to present their instrument to the class explaining in a speech the

following points:

1. Why did you choose to create this particular instrument?

2. What materials were used to create your instrument?

3. a) What categories does your instrument fit under?

b) Explain why your instrument fits under certain categories.

4. What various sounds does your instrument create? (Provide five examples)

5. Explain how the different sounds are created.
