Here we are in a new year. I'm ready to get back into the classroom with all the wonderful learners who make up this class. We'll pick up where we left off in the various academic areas. Our latest science experiment is proceeding quickly and is about to get rather "wild". In math we're learning about triangles and polygons - quick, what's the difference between a scalene triangle and an isosceles triangle? Essay writing continues in wrting workshop and we'll have a new source book for our large group reading work. Our read aloud book will be The Family Under The Bridge (which everyone recieved before we left for the break) so if you want to read along with us you can do just that.
