Drop Off & Pick Up of Students

Children must be signed in and out daily with the time noted by the person dropping him/her off. A full signature is required. Community Care Licensing charges a fee of up to $100 or more for each missed signature when they visit the school.

The sign in and out binder is located by the Director's Office.

When signing in and out, the date, arrival time and signature are required.

Drop Off

If enrolled in the Morning Program ,kindly drop off your child no earlier than 8:00 a.m. and pick up your child no later than 12:15 p.m.
If enrolled in our Full Day Program, kindly drop off your child no earlier than 7:30 a.m. and picked up no later than 5:45 p.m.
When dropping off, please do not leave younger siblings unattended in your car or on our playground.

Pick Up

Children will not be released to any person who is not authorized by their parent/guardian to do so. Kindly note the following and inform anyone who will be authorized for pick up of the same.

Any person picking up a child must be 16 years of age or older and we must have parent or guardian written authorization on file. Completion of Form LIC 700 provides authorization.
Picture identification, by way of a driver’s license, is required whenever someone other than you picks up your child.
When picking up your child, please do not leave younger siblings unattended in your car or on our playground.
If a certain person is prohibited from picking up or having contact with your child, a copy of the restraining order or custody arrangement must be kept on file in our center.
