Check Android and firmware versions

• Player Version is before 11.01.02 (Show Android firmware version in CM. Version 11.01.02)

1. Restart the player and Click Advanced.

2. Click About Media Appliances.

   4. Find code name from below list Code Name XXXXXXX

3. Firmware Update System>Firmware update

• Download IAdea firmware (You can update players remotely with maintenance jobs)
• Download IAdea firmware & Scala add on package(You need reconfigure the players)

• Download a player updater
• Install a player updater (11.006)

4. Enter Android System

1. Left click on the lower right corner 3 times to enter Android System
