After updating the ContentManager, if you cannot connect to the ContentManager, try to restart the server or Apache Tomcat service.
If you failed to install the ContentManager, you might need to uninstall it.
1. Back up files including (dongle.xml and license.xml file)
2. Restart the server.
3. Uninstall Java and Scala Enterprise Content Manager
Start / Control Panel / Add or Remove Programs, select Scala Enterprise Content Manager and remove.
Select each Java Update & J2SE Runtime Environment Update and Remove.
