Basic steps how to setup contents for the first time.
(You can change the display language to your preferred language at any time. Step 10.2 at the bottom of this page.)
1 Upload media
1.1 Content>Media>New>Media Upload
1.2 Select files for upload. Drag and drop files into the window. Click Upload.
2 Create a channel
2.1 Planning>Channel>New. Name a channel. Click Select
2.2 Tick an appropriate frame. (Ex.1920 x 1080). Select>Create.
3 Create a playlist
3.1 Planning>Playlists>+New. Enter a Name, and Description (optional).
Choose a Playlist Type (Media, Audio or Data). Choose a Playlist Type (Media, Audio or Data). Click Create.
3.2 Click Add Media. Tick the media you wish to add. Click Save and Close
4 Set a schedule. Select a playlist
4.1 Planning>Schedule>Select a different Channel> Choose the channel that you created before.
4.2 Click and drag a window in the calendar area.
When the calendar is not showing enough, zoom out your web browser.
4.3 After releasing the mouse, the Timeslot properties box will appear. Click Change to select a different playlist, if necessary
5 Create a player
5.1 Network>Players>+New>Select the proper player type and click Next
5.2 Identify your player by providing a name (and an optional description) for it.
Depending on the player type and your system configuration, you may also need to pick the type of distribution server. Click Create
6 Assign the channel to the player.
6.1 Click the player which you created step 6
6.2 Select the channel which you created step 2
7 Generate. Tick the player. Click Generate the Plan.

10.00 (Only for the first time.) Set a player name and password.
The player authentication settings are the username and password that your player(s) use when connecting to Content Manager.
10.1 System>Network settings>Player Authentication. Type player username and password if you wish to change them.

10.2 Changing Language
Click on Personal settings on the right top>Regional Settings>Select a language.
Session Timeout: Content Manager will automatically log you off after a certain period of time (in minutes) of idleness or inactivity.
Default is 20 (min). Insert your preferred time
System>Network Setting>Miscellaneous Settings>Insert your preferred time into Session Timeout(Automatic logout after certain minutes)>save
