Sometimes after upgrading Content Manager and making changes, your Content Manager won't display correct database values.
For example,
- Player version shows "Unknown"
- Playlist filters do not work as expected
- Only one player is visible on CM after upgrade
- Plan generation performance is not good.
- After upgrading a player, filtered view does change after the Player delivers its nightly log files. (Generally next day) Fix Version/s:11.05
- Provide logs
- Execute the garbage collector (Step 3)
- Clear all caches (Step4)
- Restart server and check the issue.
- (Greater than 11.00) Force indexing. (Upto 11.04 Not 11.05)
- Close Pgadmin III before force indexing.
- About force index searching.
- System>Database Configuration>Advanced>Force Indexing on Next Start>Yes>Save and Close>Restart Apache Tomcat service.
