Log out of Content Manager. and copy or screenshot Release XX.XX.XX
OR
Go to System>Server Settings and copy or screenshot Release XX.XX.XX
Open Content Manager, and go to Network>Players> Click on a problem player name> Status. Then, copy or screenshot Software version: Release XX.XX.XX
If not all players have the issue, provide the player version which works fine as well.
Android version. Please Copy Firmware X.X.XX.XXX and Release XX.XX.XX
(Android firmware version might not be shown if the player version is before 11.01.02)
Go to Help> About Scala Designer, and copy or screenshot Release XX.XX.XX.
