Week 10

WALT: use multiplication problems we know to work out trickier problems.

WALT: solve problems which include a mix of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Instructions:

Make sure you complete all of the following activities this week:

2. Maths Whizz - 15 minutes a day

3. Practice Work

4. Problem Solving

1. Make a copy of the presentation (look to the right)

2. Complete the presentation with a friend. Remember to add in all of

your working so that others may understand your solution.

3. Once you have finished, post this on your blog with the WALT, and 2 sentences explaining your learning.

Week 7

Walt: multiply whole numbers when answering a word problem

Walt: estimate the product of multiplication problems

Walt: use multiplication facts we know to solve larger multiplication problems by rounding and compensating.
