5th Year Seniors

Students are identified as 5th-year seniors on campus-specific graduating lists which are distributed to Deans of Students toward the end of the school year.

During the EOY PowerSchool rollover, seniors identified on the spreadsheet as transferring to a transitional/CPS program will be transferred out of PS** using the exit code 5THSR. These students will not be marked as graduated since they have not yet received a diploma from their campus.

Once a student completes their program and receives their diploma from the campus, a campus authorized point person should submit a PS ticket notifying the PS Team. The PS Team will then update the student's graduation status and then notify the Network Ops Team so they can initiate the graduation process in ASPEN.

**Campuses that wish to retain their 5th-year seniors on their roster rather than transfer them out during the EOY rollover should re-enroll these students after the rollover is complete. Students should be re-enrolled using the entry code 5THSR (5th-Year Senior) with the re-enrollment date reflecting the students' first day of school.
