Unit 6 Project Work

In Class Assignment (Due at the end of class) 

Practice/Outline for the project which is due Friday.

ASSIGNMENT

Please write down in complete sentences:

• 1. your thesis

  2. 3 sentence summary of the holocaust (define it) 

  3. 5 sentence summary of the different stages/sequence of the holocaust (chronology)

  4. your #1 baby thesis  

  5. citation you would like to find to support baby thesis #1 (or actual citation if you have already found it) 

  6. your #2 baby thesis  

  7. citation you would like to find to support baby thesis #2 (or actual citation if you have already found it) 

  8. your #3 baby thesis  

  9. citation you would like to find to support baby thesis #3 (or actual citation if you have already found it) 

  10. 2 sentence summary of how your thesis/baby theses connect to history (when did they occur and what was going on historically at those times) 

  11. 1 sentence conclusion whereby you say how your thesis has been proven by your arguments.

You may work together in class, but you must turn in a paper yourself to get credit. 

(This will be put in the gradebook, and will be returned to you tomorrow.)

PS.  If you are already past this point in your research paper, please use this opportunity to attempt to strengthen the flow of your argument. How can you best write your sentences, or structure your baby theses to support the overall argument you are attempting to create.
