___________________ would like to motion for a 60 minute moderated caucus with a 2 minute speaking time for the purposes of determining the most efficacious use of the 3.2 billion US dollars the UN has set aside for fixing lingering challenges inside countries due to Cold War politics.  This 60 minutes will take place over 2 sessions.

The General Assembly, Having met in special session at the request of _______________________to prepare for the consideration of the question of fixing lingering challenges inside countries due to Cold War politics.;

Having constituted a Special Committee and instructed it to investigate all questions and issues relevant to the Cold War challenges, and to prepare proposals for the solution of the problem, and

Having received and heard petitions from all of the members states,

Considers that the present situation in __________________________________is one which is likely to impair the general welfare within said nation(s);

Thereby the General Assembly would like to distrtibute the 3.2 billioin US dollars in the following manner:
