Group Calendars:
Shared Staff Calendars calendars are used to connect our staff on church-wide and central related events. If you are using old google calendars you can access instructions on how to set up group calendars here.
If you are using NEW google calendars you can access new instructions on how to set up group calendars here.
*If you are using iCal and getting alerts for other people’s calendar events just go to the staff calendar section of iCal and hit the IGNORE ALERTS option and you should no longer receive alerts.
Individual Calendars:
In order to see someone's availability, simply click on the name. This is a useful tool to schedule appointments with people.
