Printer Needs Toner

If the printer is ever low on toner, a message will come up on the screen of the printer and the pages printed will look faded.

We should always have an extra toner cartridge beside the printer. Replace the toner that's currently in the printer and then order another so we will have an extra:

In order to get more toner for the printer:

• 1. Go to the printer with your cell phone or the office phone.

  2. Look at the sticker that says Classic Business Solutions, and call the number under the 'Supplies' title.

  3. The automation on the phone will guide you through ordering more toner. 

     1. You will need the serial number: 79G6WM4 (located on the Classic Business Solutions sticker).

     2. You will need the toner information: Lexmark Print Cartridge 24B5875

The toner should arrive within a week. Ship the old cartridge back to Lexmark using the shipping label in the box.
