Look Up Past Numbers

If you'd like to look up past numbers on Church Metrics:

• 1. Click your name at the top right hand corner of the screen.

  2. Click 'Admin'.

  3. On the left side of the screen, there are a list of options to choose from. Choose 'Records'.

  4. Choose the options you'd like for category, event, campus, and dates. Click search.

  5. The records will appear on the screen, and you can export them by clicking 'export data' in the top right corner of the screen.

Inputting Data

If you'd like to input attendance or giving numbers on Church Metrics:

• 1. At the top of the screen, click the tab that says "Input."

  2. Make sure the location and date are correct.

  3. Click the Gathering time that you're entering information for.

  4. Enter in the information, and click the "save" button at the top right of the chart.
