Below is our process and procedures regarding ramping up new employees

2. Onboarding Process

3. Payroll
New employees need to get set up on payroll. In order to do this, they will need to print out a couple Government forms to fill out and turn in to your supervisor.

Also, in order to set you up in our system for payroll you will click the "Update Your Payroll Info" Tab at the top of this Page or you can click here.
You will need to fill out 3 forms:
"Update Withholding Information" Form
"Update My Personal Information on File" Form
"Add/Change Direct Deposit Account" Form
All 3 need to be filled out in order for payroll to be processed. If you ever need to change your payroll info, this is where you go as well. Please note that only one radio button can be selected at a time so each selection must be submitted as its own form.
If you are an ordained pastor you can complete the "Update my Housing Allowance" Form as well.
