I grew up in southeastern Wisconsin, in a little town called Dousman about halfway between the cities of Milwaukee and Madison. Throughout my career I have taught first, fourth, and fifth grades. I received my undergraduate degree in education from UW-Whitewater, where I also minored in mathematics and music. My master's degree in mathematics education came from Walden University. As you can probably tell, I love teaching math! I also spend large amounts of time reading, hiking, playing and teaching the piano, cruising the internet, and teasing my cats, Ally, Tanner, and Dina. I live in Medford.
