In the lab there are 4 lasers two blue, one red, and one yellow.
Each of these lasers is categorized as a class 3B laser and should only be used by those how have undergone laser safety training.
Improper use of laser can serious harm. Particularly to the eyes and eyewear located in the lab should always be worn when the laser is in use.
Use of the laser should strictly follow the Newman lab Laser Standard operating procedure (SOP) which can be found on the dropbox and in pdf file located below called LASER_SOP_NEWMAN
