Thanks to some technical magic by Charlie Love in Aberdeen City Council, Kingussie High School (KHS) now has Pupil Voice App up and running. All very simple really - just a link to a Google Form that enables the pupil to flag their idea or concern. This is then collated by the Head Teacher. The form can only be completed by pupils from the school (as they have their Kingussie GAFE account)
Pupils can also access the form by scanning in a QR Code on one of the posters from around the school, clicking on the link from the school website or clicking on the KHS Logo that is pinned to the bottom of their Chromebook screen. The button is also a Chrome App visible (as long as they are logged into their kingussiehigh.org.uk account) on the Chrome browser that they are using.
The Pupil Voice App emails them a copy of their responses with a thank you message and follow up details. This is something we can offer to any school in Highland when they are up and running with Google Apps.
