The pupils loved sharing their experiences of their Chrome books with Mr Alexander. We are enjoying exploring the Chromebooks and really love using them, in particular for Peer assessment and collaboration in writing!
Last week was a very exciting week at Alvie Primary, with a visit to the Highland Wildlife Park to see the new female Polar Bear, Victoria. Lots of the P7 pupils documented their experiences using the Chrome books and began sharing their experiences with each other via Google Docs. The photos of their experience on Tuesday was used as a stimulus for writing.
On Friday, the Director of Care and Learning, Bill Alexander, visited our P6/7 class during a Literacy open afternoon to see how the Chromebooks were being explored as part of our learning toolkit.
