For those receiving a Healthcare Waiver Payment
Keep in mind that certain health insurance coverage changes may require you to repay all or a portion of a previously received health insurance waiver payment when the payment is made at the beginning of the waiver period.
For other benefits
The Employee Benefits Department and/or your union will reach out to you regarding terminating your other benefits (Dental, Flex Spending, Aflac, Excess MM/Vision). You will need to contact your OMNI broker regarding transitioning your 403(b) account or NYS to transition your 457 plan.
