Deductions for Vision are taken the first 5 payrolls of each calendar year (January through mid-March)
ADMINISTRATORS, SUPERINTENDENTS - Vision can be elected . Changes can be made during Open Enrollment for a January 1 effective date or due to a qualifying event. The Vision Plan is covered by National Vision Administrators (NVA). These benefits are administered by the Employee Benefits Department and Brown & Brown. Applications to enroll should be completed when hired and submitted to the Employee Benefit Department for processing. TEACHERS AND PARAPROFESSIONALS - Vision must be taken together and those covered must have NYSHIP/The Empire Plan health insurance. Administered by the HHH Teachers' Association - www.hhhta.com.
