l 102年由新北市政府社會局主辦，伊甸基金會視障服務處承辦。由該處廖美枝處長率領其團隊克服萬難來執行本案。共培訓了18位定向行動專業人員。

l 目前這些專業人員主要於各縣市之視障相關單位，例如：

u 伊甸基金會視障服務處(新北市、台北市)

u 南投縣視障者生活重建中心

u 台南市視障者生活重建中心

u 基隆市視障者生活重建中心

u 桃園市視障者生活重建中心

(1) 國內近期之視障者『生活技能重建』專業人員培訓案簡介

l 於103年由衛福部社會及家庭署主辦，伊甸基金會視障服務處承辦「北區視覺功能障礙者生活技能訓練員培訓」。由該處廖美枝處長率領其團隊克服萬難來執行本案。共培訓了16位生活技能重建專業人員。
