Outside and Inside Dimensions

You can choose from two different styles of dimensions.

1. Outside: the dimensions are made from the outside of the cabinet (excludes doors and drawer fronts as well as any accessories you may have added to the cabinet).

1. Inside: the dimensions are made from the inside of the cabinet and includes any partitions that you have in the cabinet. This format is more generally used when documenting closet systems.

Creating Elevation Dimensions

CabinetSense will do an elevation dimension on whatever objects are facing the camera. The best way to manage this is to create scenes for each camera angle that you want to dimension.

Use the CabinetSense Face me tool to re-orient the scene to have the selected component face the camera.

You will receive a message if there are no objects facing the camera.

Creating Plan Dimensions

The scene must be in top view before CabinetSense will generate your plan dimension.

Creating Inside Cabinet Dimensions

CabinetSense can also generate interior cabinet dimensions. Place your cabinet into edit and select the parts that you want to generate dimensions for:
