Panel

Overview

A panel is very similar to the door component except that it is external to a cabinet. It can be scaled to whatever dimension you need and it can split itself into multiple panels automatically based on it's property settings. A typical use of a panel is to clad the back of an island.

Unique Properties

Two properties that a panel has that you will not find on a door are:

Construction Style:

• Rail between Stiles: This is how the door components is constructed
• Stile Between Rails: This construction method is better suited for wall panel applications

Ideal Width: enter the maximum width that you want your panel inserts to be. The panel will subdivide itself automatically when appropriate. Enter zero (0) if you do not want this behavior.
